Maxtek BSH-150/BSH-151 Bakeable Single Sensor Head/Feedthrough
Insures Excellent Crystal Performance in High Temperature Environments
The BSH-150/151 is a single sensor head designed for processes requiring high temperature bake out. The BSH-150/151 Bakeable Sensor Head/Feedthrough consists of three units: a water-cooled stainless steel housing which is permanently positioned in the vacuum system, the Cool Drawer ™ crystal holder, and a 7 cm (2-3/4") Conflat® flange.
