Density and Acoustic Impedance Values


We have compiled a list of some popular materials used in the vacuum industry and provided their material density and acoustic impedance values. This table has been compiled in combination with the PHYSICS HANDBOOK and actual customer experience. Although we have made every effort to test them, INFICON does not guarantee the accuracy of these values.

These values pertain to the INFICON Maxtek MDC-360C, MDC-361C, RQCM and MDC-260 Deposition Controllers, only.
