The FC-550 Flow Cell can be easily installed onto any of our 550 series probes or 100 series crystal holders to convert from an immersion cell into a flow cell. The flow cell is installed by simply removing the screw cap of the crystal holder and replacing the crystal retainer with the flow cell. A Viton® o-ring provides sealing between the flow cell and the face of the sensor crystal and results in a flow chamber of approximately 0.1 ml. The FC-550 is made from Kynar® and has two stainless steel inlet and outlet tubes with a .047” I.D. x .062” O.D. (outside diameter) allowing the user to simply slide on.
